Rural and Hilly - We are in a rural location and are set in a valley with steep hills, so we recommend a car. Quiet and Family Orientated - we are a small peaceful and friendly holiday park. By popular demand we have no bars, club houses, restaurants or cafes onsite. There are a number of restaurants and country pubs/cafes a short drive away or walk along the coastal path. Shops - There is a large supermarket approx 10 minutes drive away so you can stock up on supplies and two cafes on the cliffs by the beaches for snacks, ice creams and buckets and spades. Indoor Heated Swimming Pool - If you fancy a break from the public beaches then you can take a dip in our indoor heated pool. Play Area - We have a Play Park, Table Tennis table, Football and Badminton Nets and a large open area for kites/ball/team games. Launderette - Our Launderette is behind the pool. Caravans - Linen and Towels can be hired. Wifi - Wifi is available at a small charge. There are plenty of local attractions including the boat trips, theme parks, national marine aquarium, the moors and the historic Barbican to name but a few. You will find information on local attractions in your accommodation.

The village is bordered by wonderful coastlines and country walks, and its history can be traced back to before the Domesday Book. The heart of the village was built around its Norman Church and there are many small festivals and fairs throughout the year, including the ‘Woolsery Show’, which has been established since the 1800’s. Woolsery is also famous for its cheese. The seashore from Bideford to Bude is part of the National Trust's Heritage Coastline and offers walks and stunning cliffs at Hartland Quay.
