The staff are very friendly and the grounds are kept in good order. This was our third visit to the park in six years!

Nice location and lovely views.

Location was great, lovely walks and places to visit. We took our dog and it was perfect for him.

We booked this holiday at the last minute as we had been let down by another organisation a week before our holiday. We found this site using the Hoseasons website filters. The type of accommodation we had was really good, very clean and more space than we expected (we have never had a caravan holiday before). There was a really good swimming pool which our children (12 & 9) used every day & we were ideally placed for exploring the area. The local beaches were perfect for young children with facilities near by for added ease. All-in-all I would have no hesitation recommending the resort & the Jubilee 2 Caravans.

Seaview Holiday Village is in a superb location, just outside Polperro and within easy reach of Looe. There are several sandy beaches within a short distance.

Beautiful scenery, good facilities and good entertainment nightly with plenty to do outside of the park if you want to explore. We hope to be visiting again next year!

This park exceeded our expectations. Well laid out. Very tidy and clean. A beautiful caravan, very comfortable warm and spacious. Nice swimming pool. The staff went out of their way to be helpful.

I enjoyed my holaday in june that much that I rebooked when I was there to go again in September my two westies enjoyed it too .Very dog frendly.

I have several friends and family members who all have dogs and have recommended your park as it was perfect for dogs as they were welcome in the club, and there was a lovely dog walk.

A lovely site in a perfect location for visiting local towns including Polperro, Polruan, Fowey and Looe.

The location of the site and its facilities are ideal both for families and couples.

This is a basic value for money holiday. The staff are very friendly and the park facilities are very good. Captain Crumble was very funny with both adults and children. I would strongly recommend this holiday, we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you.

Underscored by the glorious weather, the park was clean and tidy, staff very friendly, very nice views. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. As we took our dog, the dog walking area was much appreciated. Everything was fine with the holiday.

It is the most beautiful location, overlooking stunning fields and farmland to the sea. The accommodation is peaceful, but there is plenty of entertainment if you want it.

This is a good area to visit being situated between Looe and Polperro and with easy access to attractions further afield.

The park was in a lovely setting and is ideal for visiting the whole of Cornwall. The facilities on site are good and the reception staff were lovely and willing to help. The accommodation was great and the weather too.

The location of this park is fantastic and the facilities are very good. The welcome was very warm and all staff were very helpful and enthusiastic. We all want to go back!

The entertainment for children was very good.

This site is lovely. It is quiet, friendly and in a fabulous setting. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who doesn't like the large noisy commercial caravan parks.

We had a wonderful holiday at Seaview. Our bungalow was lovely, and I thought the facilities were great with good entertainment, particularly Tory. Our dog Bailey enjoyed the walks along the cliffs, and there are some stunning views. A very dog friendly area which is fantastic, Talland Bay is lovely and we loved the whole area. A nice break and we will come again!

I would recommend the position of this holiday site as located within easy access to both Looe & Polperro making an ideal base to explorer Cornwall.

An ideal park for couples and families alike.

Its peaceful everyone is so freindly and only a short drive away from parks and zoos and that for days out with the kids.And on a night did'nt need to go off the site after a day out . Just go up to the club house to chill the rest of the night. You've got your food and the bar and entertament for everyone.

Value for money, in a good area and close to very pretty areas.

The children's entertainment was fantastic, I would give the host 10 out of 10.

Looe has all the facilities required for a good beach holiday Park was extremely quiet and in a glorious position.

Best location and accommodation have ever stopped in. The area and views from our caravan were excellent. It was a peaceful and relaxing week and would recommend for family and friends to also book a holiday at Seaview.

A really nice and compact place to stay with lovely coastal walks not far away from the site. The bus to Polperro is just a short walk from Seaview which makes a change from using the car. I would certainly recommend this holiday to anyone, whether mature couples, like ourselves, or families. Our grandchildren would love it here.

All the staff we cameinto contact with were very friendly and helpful. The park was clean and tidy with plenty of bins to dispose of rubbish.

Good family holiday. Entertainment excellent, children well looked after and evening entertainment for adults very good. Good value family resort. Highly recommended.

The indoor pool was more like a hot bath which was great for toddler swimming and meant that we could all spend more time in there- a saviour on rainy days.

We enjoyed sitting on the decking looking at the lovely views.

Lovely view of the sea from the caravan, accommodation of jubilee 3 was spacious and cozy and is child friendly.

Absolutely fantastic!!!!!!!!! We got the holiday for a bargain price and was not expecting too much, but the site was brill, the pool was a lovely size and the staff were fab and would do anything for you. The children's entertainment was really good too, my boys even got to touch a live python. We will be back next year.

This was our second visit to Seaview - our main reason for choosing the park was because of the price, location and the fact it allowed us to take our dog - we will definitely go back - the park is immaculate - the staff so friendly and helpful and the accommodation spacious and comfortable and the views from the park are fantastic. The brochure really doesn't give justice to what a hidden little gem of a place this is!

We have taken holidays at Seaview for many years, but had not been for approximately 5 years. However we were delighted that it is as good, and maybe even better than before, and we would certainly not hesitate recommending it to our friends and certainly intend to return again next year. We had a really peaceful and relaxed holiday.

The park was spotlessly clean as was the accommodation, the staff were friendly and helpful and the entertainment was varied and good. The situation of the park was idyllic, country and sea views all in one, with plenty of nearby places to see and plenty to do - what more can you ask for? A very reasonable price, a very enjoyable holiday and one to be repeated.

For a last minute short break, this was an excellent choice. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Seaview, in particular the staff, from reception, cleaner to entertainment were brilliant and very welcoming! Thanks Alan and his team for that!

Great place for young kids.

The staff were very friendly, the entertainment was of a high standard and the food in club house was very tasty and great value for money.

A nice place, the caravans/bungalows were a little crowded together, and didn't leave much space to enjoy the fantastic views, but a nice and clean, also quiet retreat for anyone.

Jubilee 2 has fantastic seaview & home from home accommodation, also staff were very helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at sea view holiday park. We took three children between the aage of 16 and 14 and they enjoyed there stay on the park and also enjoyed visiting the area. Entertainment in the club house was good fun for families of all ages. Flambards theme park was a great day out. We came back after a 4 day holiday and thought we had filled every hour of the day.

I found the location to be excellent and near by locations easily accesable and welcoming looking forward to doing it again.

Given the plans to refurbish much of the site, this was a very pleasant and welcomed holiday. The evening entertainment was generally very good, and off site attractions etc were never very far away. A very good location to enjoy the delights of Cornwall. On completion of the planned refurbishment we will definetly be returning and have no hesitation in recommending this site.

From start to finish, my 3 sons and myself had a great time and they certainly enjoyed the swimming pool and play area. On site entertainment was varied and very good. Great location with beaches nearby and many other attractions within a hours drive in any one direction. Also very easy to find and good clean accommodation. I would certainly go back there again!!!!!!

Seaview is a little gem. Good location for exploring the area and lovely amenities. The kids club here is fantastic and Captain Crumble is entertaining for both the kids and the adults. A fabulous holiday, we will definitely be visiting again!

Excellent for small children with a great pool and childrens entertainment and the food was excellent and great value for money. This is the best park we have ever been to - we had a wonderful time, and hope to return again!

This place is beautiful, very well kept grounds, extremly polite staff members and very family oriented. There is a show in the club house every night, a clean swimming pool with life guards on duty every minuite the pool is open and the food is exellent too and very cheap. I would go back tomorrow if I could, and would suggest this wonderful place to anybody wishing to go to Cornwall. It is positioned very close to beautiful Polperro, with its unusual taxi service down to the town and back. A very enjoyable holiday - peaceful and friendly.

The park is in a lovely area with plenty of places to visit and a good bus service around the area. The food in the bar was excellent and very reasonable - thanks for a good holiday!

I would definitely recommend this holiday park as the facilities were superb. The evening entertainment, the adventure playground and swimming pool were all extremely good. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely holiday, such a lovely location with beautiful sea views, lots of sheep in the fields, and walks around the country side. The caravan was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The entertainment and club was good. We walked into Polperro from Seaview, the coastal path was closed so we followed the country roads it wasn't far, a very steep road down to the fishing village, but worth it. The pool was warm, the entertainment was good. Would recommend.

A great location for exploring Polperro and Looe.

It is definitely good value for money. The stuff was very helpful and kids simply loved Captain Crumble who was organizing the kids club. We used the indoor pool a lot too.

I found the park ideal for a quiet, restful holiday, away from the stresses of everday life. I would recomment this park for anyone wishing to have a happy holiday.

Fantastic family holiday made special by all the friendly staff at Seaview Holiday Village, who made it personalised and always went the extra mile. The children?s entertainment was brilliant, so much so we had to wait until the children?s club had finished before planning the days activities. The site felt safe and secure with a true family holiday feel.

We love the park because it is small. The facilities are good, and the club in the evening offers entertainment for our youngest child aged just 4, also for our other, older children aged 13 and 16 years. We have been to much bigger and livelier parks but I have to say all of our family prefer this park, and we have been coming here for the last four years, visiting twice this year as we enjoyed it so much! The location is good, being so close to both Polperro and Looe. If you want a quiet, very scenic and relaxing holiday you won`t be disappointed. We as a family really recommend it!

Its a perfectly situated site, right next to the beutiful harbour village of Polperro and no more than 10 minutes from the picturesque town of Looe. Something for everyone.

Great park for a relaxing holiday with fantastic sea view of the bay

We have stayed at Hoeseasons for the last 3 years now, first was Brixham second was Haye St Ives and the last one at Seaview Polperro. The staff at all three were great in all aspects-the kids clubs were realy good at all three places. Our granchildren really enjoyed themselves. We enjoyed it that much this last one at Seaview that we are thinking of coming back in the first week in September with the granchildren of course. The living accomodation at Seaview was perfect in every way, nice lay out with all ammenities and located in a beautiful place between two of our favourite places in Polperro and Looe. Thanks for a great holiday at a very reasonable price.

I would recommend this holiday for people with kids aged 6 and above. There are lots of activities for children and the staff are great with the kids.

I would recommend the holiday because its in a good location. It is also good that there are not too many distractions for the children such as arcades and gift shops etc.

Seaview is beautifully located with each caravan over looking the sea. It is perfectly situated to vist Cornwall's extensive landmarks. The staff are helpful and friendly. There provide entertainment for adults and children; but if it is a peaceful holiday you are looking for this is also the perfect place as it is small and quiet.

I think its a great place to holiday if you have a young family.it is close to many beautiful cornish locations and the accommodation we stayed in was clean tidy and comfortable it was excellant value for money.

A beautiful location, and a clean, spacious park with excellent facilities and a heated swimming pool. The ideal base to visit the main attractions that Cornwall has to offer. In the past I have stayed in B&B's in the UK and much prefer now to stay in a holiday park as it is ideal for a relaxing holiday. We are now planning our next stay!

A small tidy park with an excellent view over the bay. The nightly entertainment was well advertised and accurate and made you want to go see what was going on.

We have had a wonderful holiday at Seaview. The park and its staff were extremely welcoming and offered a family oriented, dare we say home from home, environment. The holiday was excellent value for money, provided fabulous food and entertainment and provided a great base for touring the sites of Cornwall. We were so impressed that we have already decided to book again for next year and we cannot wait!!!

The holiday was value for money and cheapest in Cornwall. The size of the accommodation was very good and comfortable.

Really friendly people, both staff on site and in Polperro itself. Great area for walkers and dog walkers. We keep going back so what does that tell you? We love it there.

We chose this park because of its smaller size and the fact that it still provided a host of facilities and entertainment and we were not disappointed. The children had an absolute ball and special credit must be paid to Del Delaney who was a real hit with them. They could not wait to get to the kids entertainment in the evening which knowing my kids is no mean acheivement - well done!

Site is a good location for Looe & Polperro, nice view over Talland Bay.

I would recommend this holiday mainly for the children's club. Captain Crunch was brilliant with the children, my daughter couldn't wait in the mornings and evenings for the club to begin, and even cried about having to go home because she would miss it. The accommodation and indoor pool were lovely and the bar food that was served on site was superb and great value for money. We will be going back to Seaview again and again even though we don't normally go to the same place twice.

Our stay at Seaview was excellent,we stayed in a Regent caravan,the view from the decked balcony across the fields to Talland Bay was very nice to look at, and we found it very relaxing. The quality of the caravan was excellent, double glazing and in particular the central heating for the cooler evenings and chillier mornings, didn't need it during the day. The shower was brilliant, no mixing to get the right temperature like some we have come across over the years, just turn it on and step in and it doesn't burn you or go cold if a tap is turned on. The facilities on the park are excellent for children. It almost made we wish that my own two were still children. As myself and my wife were on our own we did not use the club facilities, but from what I saw of it it was immaculately clean ,as was the reception area and the park grounds. We will definitely return to Seaview.

This holiday resort is just 5 minutes drive from Polperro. Polperro is really beautiful and one must go to the peak rock and enjoy the coastal scenery. Another thing to do is walk from Polperro to Talland Bay and appreciate the views. Looe is less than 15 minutes drive from Seaview Holiday village and is quite a buzzing place and its beach is nice.

I would recommend the friendliness of the staff on site and the children loved using the pools each evening.

This is a really lovely small, friendly site. The clubhouse entertainment was great and the food was really good value for money. They have a great swimming pool and spa complex, all the staff were really great, helpful and friendly. I will be going back again in the future.

Yes I would recommend this site to others, it's central for exploring a good part of Cornwall and although we didn't use the facilities (except the shop) the site was kept clean and tidy. The helpfulness of the staff was very good for any of the questions we asked and as we used public transport a few times, the bus stops were just outside the camp site.

Our dog was made very welcome at this park, also nearby Polperro has several pubs and restaurants where our dog was allowed inside.

We had a great holiday, fantastic caravan, location and park superb and Cornwall has a lot to offer for the family.

The park has the right number of units on it and they are well a laid out which creates a relaxing environment. It has all the basics like entertainment, a swimming pool, bar, food, and shop which are quite adequate for this type of park. All the staff were very welcoming and ready to help.

I would recommend this site to anyone wanting a good quality no frills holiday.

The view is superb. The location is fairly easy to get to the coastal villages and ports, also easy access to some of Cornwalls many great tourist attractions. A car is good but not essential as the bus service close to the site is fairly regular.

This was my first time to Cornwall, and it was what I always thought it would be, a nice relaxing holiday. The staff were very helpful as soon as we arrived and the entertainment was good for adults and children. The park is very clean as well as the accommodation and is well equipped for self catering. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and not expensive. The views of Polperro were spectacular and it was awesome to see houses built into long steep hills. The village is very old and quaint and milk carts on wheels are used as buses for tourists. The beach is very clean and cheap to park all day and there are plenty of shops on route to the beach. We will be going back next year!

If you want to get away from it all this is the place. Beautiful coastal walks and quaint villages.

This was a very peaceful, friendly site and the views from our balcony were lovely it was difficult to tear yourself away and the silence, except for the lovely country sounds was bliss.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool and large terraced areas.

The position of the site could not have been better for fantastic coastal walks and close to picturesque Polperro and lovely Looe. We had an unexpected seaview from our caravan which was brilliant.

Well run small park , in excellent position for South Cornwall resorts. Very pet friendly with friendly atmosphere.

The camp staff were very friendly. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Great views out to sea and of the countryside. All in all a fantastic four night break. The Park was a little further from the beach at Talland Bay than we anticipated but the walk down was lovely and the walk back up was challenging!

Peace, quiet and relaxation was the order of the day, and the views were lovely. A small and very friendly park which is reasonably priced. We stayed in the Jubilee which was clean and comfortable, and the newly done club house was great and not too big.

A nice quiet site which makes a good base for visiting the Eden project and the lost gardens of Helligan and there is a nice coastal walk to Polperro.

Our first holiday of this type for many years - taking our 1 year old granddaughter on her first holiday. We had a great time and would thoroughly recommend Seaview in all respects.

A superb holiday, friendly staff, lovely food and the indoor pool was excellent for all ages and with a lifeguard on duty.

Lovely quiet site, friendly staff. Children safe at all times on this site, very quiet with great facilities, views and location. Walking to Talland Bay every morning was a joy.

I would recommend this site to anyone with a family. It is a lovely small site out in the countryside and close to the sea which affords you with fantastic views from your accomodations. Although not big, it still has everything you could need to make your stay comfortable and keep the children entertained. The pool is great, it is lovely and warm which is great in my opinion. The site is only 5 minutes drive to the nearest town of Looe which is a lovely town on the river and close to the sea. Great for shopping and restaurants, take aways. This site is also close to many of the attractions that North Cornwall has to offer such as the Eden Project. I would recommend Seaview to anyone.

Fantastic kids club, Captain Crumble was brilliant. Would highly recommend to anyone with kids. Nice and relaxing or plenty to do.

Quiet and friendly, we had the pool to ourselves most of the time which is great when you have a small child. Our caravan (91) had its own secure balcony which again was great with a small child.

I would recommend Seaview Holiday Park for the friendliest welcome and superb staff. The accommodation was very clean so was all of the facilities on site. The entertainment was excellent for my children who are aged 6 and 2 with a kids club run by Captain Crumble and smashing family cabarets. Overall I could not fault this site in the slightest.

Seaview Holiday Park in Polperro is excellent. The accommodation was spotless and the site was well maintained. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this site and would return there for another holiday.

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing break, helped by friendly staff. A spacious caravan and the most spectacular views. We will hopefully be booking again next year.

A great base for touring Cornwall with easy access to major road links which allows you to go North East or West.

The location of the site between Looe and Polperro is awesome. Two of the best seaside towns in the United Kingdom. There is so much on offer to entertain adults and children as well. From boat trips for fishing and site seeing, excellent food in both locations, to Hand Line Crabbing, which is loved by adults and definitely children. I would recommend the location to anybody, as I already have!

Don't want to recommend this place to no one! Seaview is my secret and want to keep it just for me:-) Fab caravan lovely view and so peaceful. Oh! and entertainment was just right. Will go again.

Restful, not far to travel to local resorts (Looe & Polperro) We had some great entertainment in the evening. Captain Crumble made you welcome.

We have had a wonderful holiday at Seaview. The park and its staff were extremely welcoming and offered a family oriented, dare we say home from home, environment. The holiday was excellent value for money, provided fabulous food and entertainment and provided a great base for touring the sites of Cornwall. We were so impressed that we have already decided to book again for next year and we cannot wait!!!

Seaview is idealy located overlooking the sea an talland. Easy to walk into polperro for a days visit and close to a number of other attractions. We found it much cosier and smaller than many of the other neraby parks and we have stayed in most of them but will always come back seaview. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful part of Cornwall , would recommend park to anyone, beautiful views.

We had a last minute break in a Jubilee caravan which we had never stayed in before. There were two of us and our nine month old daughter. Our stay was very comfortable in the caravan with plenty of room for baby to roll about. We did not use the pool or attend the evening entertainment but it was there if we wanted it. What we saw of the food looked very nice and the portions were of a good size. It is adviseable to catch the bus into Polperro and not to walk as the hills are very steep. All in all a very nice break and it was our choice if we wanted to socialise or not.

We would highly recommend this holiday village to anyone, the site was convenient for either Looe or Polperro, which were beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly all the time. The site and amenities were all very clean, you wouldn't know there were dogs on the site. We had a very enjoyable holiday, would have been a little better if we could have left our dog alone at some points but it didn't stop us enjoying the holiday village.

Yes I would recommend this park, because of it's great location, cleanliness, fantastic facilities, and value for money.

The pool at this holiday site was a lovely relaxed place, nice and warm with lots of light, most important there was always a lifeguard by the pool at all times. Our children found the bingo a lot of fun in the evenings.

Fantastic children's entertainment - Dill De Lainey is a star!!!

The location of the site is excellent with lovely views over Talland Bay. ALL the staff were very helpful and friendly and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. The entertainment was first class with special mention for the ELVIS act (?Bev Stone) and the kids entertainer (Captain Crumble) was brilliant.

The park was fully equiped but still nice and quiet. The location between Looe and Polperro is superb.

This a very clean complex, and the accommodation was lovely. The shop stocks most things, and is more fairly priced than most. The pool is inviting, warm and clean.

The location of the holiday village was perfect, and the situation on park of our caravan was also perfect, giving us uninterrupted views toward Talland Bay. The quality of the Regent caravan and the fittings meant we lacked for nothing and could have spent even longer there quite easily. This has been by far the best accommodation for a long time. The staff at reception, in the shop and within the village were very helpful. I can thoroughly recommend it.

We read reviews after booking the holiday and was worried what have we let ourselves in for. After getting there the experience was brilliant,the accommodation was outstanding the views was outstanding and the staff were outstanding.Only advise I can give is you get what you pay for go for the best caravan and you wont be disappointed.

The staff at this site are very helpful, nothing is too much trouble, great location for visiting most of Cornwall and wonderful views.

This was a great base, for those who like a bit of peace and quiet, from which to explore Cornwall. There are a variety of places to eat out in nearby Looe, and a good walk will take you into Polpero.

Fantastic views, beautiful places to visit, particularly Looe. Friendly locals (I bought a jumper in Looe and had it altered free of charge). Loads to do.

Fantastic staff and you could tell they really enjoyed their jobs. Dancing to entertain well into the night. Would recommend anybody to visit this park @ least once.

The location of the holiday park is perfect with easily accessible coastal walks to both Looe and Polperro. I enjoyed being able to go out for the day and not have to take the car!

We would recommend this holiday to dog owners as the Cornish Pubs and Inns, Tea rooms etc will allow well behaved dogs on leashes in whilst you are eating. It also is very central for lots of the interesting areas in Cornwall. We also found some nice beaches allowing our dog to accompany us.

Very good value for money and there are walks you can do. Good for children and older people and there is a bus stop just outside the park!

The entertainment was the best part. Dill is brilliant. My grownup son became his stooge for the week and really enjoyed himself. My daughter(aged 11) ended the week by winning the rollover bingo so she was very happy. she and her young friends who came with us had a brilliant time.

There was a great atmosphere at the club with a variety of perfomers to suit all ages.

We stayed at Seaview for a week and we stayed in a Crown caravan as we took our pet dog. The caravan was of a very good standard, and much better than I was expecting for end of season and for allowing pets. The park itself was very very clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly, I would recommend staying at this park to anyone as they cater for all ages and have a super kids club. Its a small park so there is no other activities apart from the kids club and swimming, but its in such a lovely location where there is so much to do within a short drive. There is a good sized amusements arcade in Looe which has a small 4 lane bowling alley. Our children loved Captain Crumble and his wacky games, he is what made this holiday and is a big credit to Hoseasons. The views are also breathtaking!

Yes I would be happy to recommend the location and the accommodation. The children?s club was excellent and the bar area looked to have been recently refurbished. Evening entertainment good value for the price.

Quiet, attractive site based in a beautiful location.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly especially the bar staff. We had our evening meal a couple of times in the camp and enjoyed them very much, so generally all round pretty good.

My family and I had a great time so we would recomend it based on that.

The staff are absolutely fabulous here - offer advice on routes, destinations and even booking meals! Location is good for travelling to other places of interest. Good coastal walks for dog owners as well.

I would recommend this holiday as it was very good fun and a lovely park, no need to travel too far.

I would certainly recommend Seaview holiday Park for the following reasons. The site is not too big and the caravans are not too compact next to each other giving you space. The views are fantastic and you get what it says "Sea views". The site is very clean and looks great, with friendly staff and a good reception, amusement and bar entertaining area. I did not make use of the pools (indoor and outdoor) but they look good. The site is situated approx 1.5 miles from Polperro fishing village with numerous shops, bars and eating places as well as stunning walking coastal paths and views. You are also only approx 3 mile for Looe with enough to keep you entertained too. Both places are easy to get to via bus, bus stop 100m from site or local taxi firm. the are great local coastal paths to Tallan Bay again only about 1 to 2 miles depending which way you walk. Over all although the site appears to be and is slightly in a quiet area there is plenty to do and works well for couples wanting quiet relaxing break or for families with kids. Even though kids were present they never seemed to be noticeable on the site except in the entertaining areas which is what kids want. Highly recommend to anyone and I am looking to book for next year for two weeks.

I would recommend this park as it was small and secluded, and if you get the right accommodation you will get a beautiful sea view. Perfect for the explorer. A good entertainer for the children.
