Disappointed. Last stayed here 16 years ago when it was run by a French family. Now part of a Dutch owned chain, standards have fallen. Restaurant is expensive and poor quality. Pizzeria not as good as formerly. In fact, the pizzas were almost inedible. Shop is poor, given the remote location. Whereas before the owners took a pride in the site, now there is no-one evidently in charge. Well, it's part of a chain...... On the plus side, the area is stunning. Go for the scenery, but be prepared to self cater and buy what you need off site - but Millau is a good 30 to 40 minutes away to get to a good supermarket.
